Booking website for your salon
clients book themselves, day or nightClients pick a service, a specialist and a free time on your site. The booking lands in the staff calendar at once, and the client gets a confirmation and a reminder the day before. No more booking in direct messages, and fewer no-shows.
Your own booking site
- Services, prices and specialists, each with their own working hours
- Clients see only free times, so two people can never book the same slot
- The booking appears in the staff calendar straight away, on phone and computer
- Confirmation at once and a reminder the day before, by Telegram, WhatsApp, SMS or email
- The client confirms or reschedules with one button, and the freed slot opens for others
- Optional deposit or full prepayment online, so no-shows cost you less
- A simple admin panel: change prices, block days off, see the week at a glance

The demo bot of a made-up cafe shows the same idea in Telegram: book a table in @ranok_demo_bot and see what the staff get.
Five steps
- 1A 30-minute callFree. You tell me what hurts, I ask how everything works today.
- 2A written plan and priceWithin a day of the call: stages, timelines and a fixed price for each stage.
- 3A demo every weekI show what's done. We adjust as we go, not at the end.
- 4LaunchWe move the data, and I show your team how to use it.
- 5SupportAfter launch I stay in touch: fixes, new features.
Common questions
Why not just use Fresha or another booking app?
Those apps are a good start. A site of your own makes sense when you want your brand instead of a marketplace listing, no per-staff or per-booking fees, and the client list kept by you, not by the platform.
Can clients still book by phone or Instagram?
Yes. The admin adds those bookings to the same calendar, so everything stays in one place.
Will it work with the tools I already use?
Usually yes: Google Calendar, a CRM, payment systems or your accounting can be connected. We check on the call.
Do reminders really reduce no-shows?
A reminder with a one-tap Confirm or Reschedule button turns many silent no-shows into reschedules, and a deposit option covers the rest.
What if I already have a website?
The booking can be added to your current site, or the site can be rebuilt with booking inside it.
