I know business from both sides. I build software, from restaurant delivery to a product with 20+ million users, and I ran production at a factory myself: plans, oversight, people and everything due yesterday.

Common questions
Is this for me?
A good fit if you run a small or medium business, need something working soon and want to talk to the person who builds it. Not a fit if you need a 20-person agency, a tender with heavy paperwork, or a copy of someone else's product.
How much does it cost?
How much does a renovation cost? Wallpapering one room is a renovation. So is redoing a whole flat with new wiring and plumbing. That is why no honest builder names a price before seeing the flat. Websites work the same way: a page with your contacts can cost €100, and a system where customers pay, the kitchen sees the order and the courier gets a route can cost €100,000. And “a simple site like Booking” has been built by thousands of people for thirty years. So first we talk for half an hour while I “see the flat”, and then you get the price in writing, for each stage separately.
How long will it take?
Small jobs like a bot or a landing page take days. Bigger systems go in stages, and each stage's timeline is in the plan you get after the call.
I don't know exactly what I need
That's normal. On the call we'll go through how things work today, and I'll suggest where to start.
What happens after launch?
Support, fixes and new features. The code and accounts are yours, so you don't depend on anyone.
Can we start small?
Yes. We often start with one part, such as online booking, and add the rest later.
